If we here at Small Business SOS determine there's a workable path forward and a likelihood of funding,

we'll proceed to the next phase.  Our concierge fee of $450 must be remitted before the real work begins! 

The administrative part of the project then moves full steam ahead — auditing estimates, blueprints, materials, man power, etc. Our goal is to make every dollar count, maximizing the value of your investment with our resources;

ensuring the necessary repairs are completed to restore your house to a home.
